1. How long does it take to complete a project?
Small projects, such as logo design and flyers, typically take 3-7 business days to complete. Larger projects, like full website development and branding suites, generally take 3-4 weeks, excluding weekends and holidays. If you require a rush service, please contact us directly for availability and pricing.
2. What is your revision policy?
Each project comes with a specific number of revisions. For major services like website design and branding, we offer up to two rounds of revisions. For smaller services like flyers or logos, one round of revisions is included. Any additional revisions requested beyond this will incur an extra fee based on the scope of work.
3. How do I pay for my project?
All payments are processed securely through our website. For small projects, such as logos or flyers, 100% payment is required upfront. For larger projects like branding and website development, a discovery call and signed contract are required before the project begins. Full payment is also required upfront for these larger services.
4. What is your refund policy?
Refunds are available within 48 hours of project commencement. After this period, refunds are granted at the discretion of B. Arianna Digital Studio, depending on the amount of work completed. Please note that once the design process has started, partial refunds may apply based on the work delivered. Chargebacks result in blocking future services.
5. Do you offer printing services for designs?
We specialize in digital design and do not offer direct printing services. However, we are happy to recommend trusted print vendors for all your printing needs. Once your project is completed, you will receive high-resolution files that can be sent to your preferred printer.
6. How will I receive my final design files?
Once the project is complete and any outstanding payments have been made, you will receive your files via email or a secure download link. Files will be delivered in high-resolution formats, including JPEG, PNG, and vector files (AI, EPS) where applicable. We also provide web-optimized files if required.
7. Can I request a rush on my project?
Yes! We understand that some projects require fast turnaround. Rush services are available for an additional fee, which varies based on the complexity of the project and our current schedule. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible to discuss your deadline and availability.
8. What information do I need to provide before starting a project?
For all design projects, we require clear information about your brand (logos, color schemes, design preferences), specific content (text, images), and your business objectives. For website projects, we also need access to your domain and hosting provider if applicable. You will be provided with an intake form to gather all necessary details.
9. What happens if I need changes after the project is completed?
Once the project is finalized and approved, you have a 7-day window to request minor technical adjustments (such as text edits or formatting tweaks) at no extra charge. After this period, any changes will be billed at our hourly rate of $150 per hour.
10. Can I book a discovery call before committing to a project?
Absolutely! We offer a free 15-minute discovery call where we’ll discuss your project needs, goals, and how our services can help you achieve them. For larger projects such as branding and website design, a discovery call and contract are mandatory before project commencement. After the call, we’ll provide a personalized quote and project timeline based on your requirements.
